The Niagara community is mourning the loss of Alex Bradnam, a beloved resident and Vice Chair of the District School Board of Niagara (DSBN), who passed away following a courageous battle with cancer.
Alex dedicated his life to public service and education, serving with distinction on the DSBN for many years. As Vice Chair, his passion for student success and well-being shone through every decision he made. Colleagues and educators across the district recall his calm wisdom, his ability to listen with empathy, and his tireless advocacy for inclusive and equitable education.
Known for his warm demeanor, Alex was deeply respected not just for his leadership, but for the humanity he brought to every boardroom discussion. His passing leaves a deep void in the hearts of many who worked alongside him.
